The fabric is much softer after a few washes and hasn't pilled at all, which surprised me for something this affordable. It fits my nursing pillow snugly with no bunching, and the zipper has held up fine through daily use.
The velcro closure makes it so easy to snap on and off between middle-of-the-night feedings, and it holds the pillow snugly in place without slipping. Slide-on and slide-off is a total breeze, even with a squirming baby on my lap. It's honestly made late-night sessions way less of a hassle.
