The little lip at the front kept my nursing pillow from sliding around while I fed my twins, and the fabric wipes clean in seconds after spit-up. Honestly, it makes middle-of-the-night feedings feel way less chaotic.
My second one since the first wore out from constant washing, and this replacement is just as sturdy around the velcro edges. The fabric's waterproof backing is a lifesaver when my baby spits up mid-feed, though I do wish the zipper were a bit smoother to close one-handed.
The cover washes up fine and the zipper hasn't snagged, but it's a bit loose around the corners so it shifts while I'm nursing. For the price I expected it to fit the pillow more snugly.
